Wanda in Custom Anna Campbell

When news travelled to the Anna Campbell studio that one of Anna's closest friends, Wanda, was engaged to her high school sweetheart Matt, Anna jumped at the chance to invite Wanda in for a "Designer Experience" appointment, an exclusive custom design service, where you work one on one with Anna to create your dream dress.

"I absolutely adore working one-on-one with our beautiful brides to create a dress that is uniquely them ... for Wanda, she has such a bubbly and vivacious energy, and it was so important that her dress captured this!" - Anna

Wanda and Anna took inspiration from The Sydney Dress, both loving the sparkle, but wanting to create something with a slimmer silhouette and lower back ... this lead to the creation of Wanda! Wanda sees hand-sewn sequins, glass beads and pearls come together to form the most exquisite custom embellishment. To complete the look, Wanda added the beautiful Alexandria headpiece paired with a sheer Zara Chapel Length Veil.

Alongside this special Designer Experience, Anna had been in the midst of bringing to life our latest collection, 'Wanderlust' and it only made sense that Wanda's namesake custom dress be a part of it!

Wanda & Matt

What better way to celebrate the 12 year anniversary of your first kiss than with a beautifully intimate (and sparkly!) Tanglewood Estate wedding.

Wanda and Matt's special day was full of personal touches - their celebrant was Matt's cousin, who obtained her celebrant certificate as a gift to them, their ring bearer was their gorgeous 10-month old deaf, French bulldog and their backdrop was Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, a place which holds so many special memories for the pair!
