We are passionate about the quality of our wedding dresses and bridal accessories and only use the most luxurious fabrics including 100% silk, custom-designed laces and sparkling hand-beaded embellishments. Each sequin, bead and thread you see on our dresses is sewn one-by-one by hand by our dedicated artisans, which means you are truly wearing a piece of art!

    We do not mass produce or outsource our manufacturing which means that when you order your gown it is specially made by hand, just for you. By producing locally, we can achieve the highest level of quality and ensure that every step of the creative process is executed ethically and as sustainably as possible.   • Yes, achieving the perfect fit for every Anna Campbell gown involves tailored alterations.

    We offer our Melbourne bride’s a private tailoring service from our Design Studio in Melbourne, which is where the magic happens! This meticulous process unfolds over 2-4 private fittings, typically scheduled 6-8 weeks before your wedding day.

    For interstate or international brides, your local Anna Campbell retailer will guide you in finding the perfect alterations solution. To facilitate this, every gown is sent ready-to-tailor, meaning that straps and hems arrive unattached, streamlining the alterations process.

  • Our experience has shown that making each gown to fit the unique measurements of each bride would require extensive time for pattern making and production. It's more efficient to tailor the gown to your body for a perfect fit rather than customizing patterns. Creating gowns in a set size bracket still ensures a beautiful fit, with room for adjustments and refinements during the later stages of tailoring.

  • We search all corners of the globe for our incredible fabrics, and all of them are custom made and designed for us, so you won’t find our unique laces or embellishments anywhere else. Some are sourced locally, our embellished fabrics are carefully and delicately hand-crafted bead by bead by our team in India, and our laces are created especially for us and often hand finished by our partner in Shanghai.

  • A trunk show is a carefully curated selection gowns from our latest collection which travels weekly from one retailer to another. Attending a trunk show event means that for a short period of time, your local boutique will showcase a broader range of samples for you to view, try and fall in love with!

  • We recommend shopping approximately 10-12 months from your wedding date. This allows a comfortable amount of time to have the gown constructed and altered with Anna Campbell.

  • No. To achieve the best results each gown has a unique sizing chart which we use to decipher what size best represents your unique measurements. Our expert team of stylists will take your measurements and use them purely as a guide to determine which is the closest size we should move forward with to construct your gown. From there, alterations are essential to ensure the perfect fit is achieved.

  • Made to order means that we create each gown per order. In other words, from the moment we receive your order, your gown is carefully constructed in your desired style, colour and size, from scratch, just for you.

  • We love when our brides get a little creative which is why we offer brides the ability to merge and interchange design elements from one style to another, to create something truly custom and special, just for you. Whether it's adding a lining to your topper, creating matching draped sleeves or changing the skirt from flowy to fitted, we can ensure that your dream dress comes to life!

  • Absolutely not! Alterations through Anna Campbell are completely optional and you are more than welcome to source your own private tailoring service.

  • Another huge benefit to producing in Melbourne is that we can offer brides with less time a priority rush service meaning that we can tailor a production schedule that suits your personal timeline.   • For our overseas brides that can’t access an Anna Campbell retailer we recommend starting with a complimentary Phone Consult and/or a Virtual Appointment. From there, our experienced and skilful team of expert bridal stylists will be able to guide you through the simple steps of ordering your dream gown Online. From narrowing it down to ‘The One’, selecting your ideal size to finding the perfect matching veil, you’ll be in incredible hands, even from a-far.

  • We play by the rules. Every time we ship items overseas, we are required by law to declare the full amount of the invoice and the entire contents of the parcel on the customs declaration form and the accompanying invoice.
    If your country requires import tax to be paid our shipping provider, DHL, or your country’s customs office will contact you to advise you of the required payment. Your order may be held at customs until this import tax is paid.
    Anna Campbell is not responsible for the payment of customs tax, and Anna Campbell cannot accept returns due to high import taxes being charged. If you are concerned about what customs taxes and duties may be payable on your order, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. We are not able to provide any advice as to what import tax may be applicable in your country.
