From working one-one-one with our bride, to our predominantly female network of buyers running their own incredible businesses globally, I am continually reminded how capable, strong, determined and funny women are. As a female entrepreneur, I am endlessly inspired and driven by the women I have hand-picked to come on this journey with me.
I am often questioned on the unique workplace dynamic as the director of a company in a female dominated industry, employing majority females. Our team is made up of deeply passionate and driven woman, who endlessly support and drive each other, some of those wives and mothers, including myself currently expecting my second child. Amongst the AC team this is simply part of the balancing act of life that women seem to naturally thrive at, my team is true testament to this. We are also fortunate enough to be constantly surrounded by brides that are both empowered and driven women, whom adore the handmade process of our dresses.
And while I have overwhelming gratitude for the women of Anna Campbell, credit also to the awesome men that walk alongside us. My husband, Father, and many of my teams’ partners are just as supportive of these incredible women in business. A landscape in which there is equal support encourages women to strive higher and achieve far more than thought possible!
