Tell us about your wedding!: My husband and I got married in Joshua Tree and wanted our wedding to reflect who we are - less traditional and all about creating unforgettable memories. As a Creative Director at Birdy Grey, I took on the challenge of planning every detail myself to make sure the day felt unique to us. With a stunning desert backdrop, twinkling string lights, killer tunes, simple yet delicious food, and an open bar, our wedding turned out to be everything we had hoped for!
I chose my dress because...: It was super flattering, showed the right amount of midriff, and made me feel beautiful. The sequins in the top was the perfect desert look from day to night. The high-end silk skirt was exactly what I wanted to feel fancy. It was a nice balance, which is what I wanted.
My experience with Anna Campbell was...: I learned about Anna Campbell at En Blanc in Santa Monica. They were super easy to work with and very accommodating! Highly recommend!
My favourite moment from my wedding day was...:Dancing with my hubby until 2AM!
My fiance's reaction to me walking down the aisle was...: We are a bit less traditional so we didn't have an aisle BUT we did do a first look which was super special! We got married at a beautiful ranch style house in Joshua Tree. He was on the balcony on one side of the house, and as I walked out to see him for the first time wearing my dress, our friends from the other side of the house could see us doing the first look. It was pretty incredible! He cried when he saw me, which I wasn't expecting.
