If you’ve found ‘the one’, we strongly urge you to be as vigilant and swift as possible in finalising your purchase as there are strictly no holds. Additionally, as all One-off Designer Pieces are listed Online, they are available to purchase 24/7 and we’re hate for you to miss out on your dream dress!
ALTERATIONS & REPAIRS
Alterations are not available on Sale items and any alterations or repairs required must be sourced privately. To assist with the repair process, each dress is sent with a generous pack of extra beads, buttons and replacement trim if required.
Most gowns with straps will arrive unfastened to the gown so they can be fixed down by your tailor in your preferred position and tension.
As many of these designs were created during the development stage of our collection, some gowns may be shipped with a raw hem edge. Depending on the style, we will send the matching lace trim or horsehair braid which will need to be attached during private alterations.

We understand that choosing a wedding gown Online can be challenging and we want all Anna Campbell brides to feel confident and secure in their decision and purchase which is why the quality of each gown is detailed and thoroughly documented in the product listings. Please take careful consideration of the gown condition and inspect the imagery provided before finalising your purchase.
If you are not 100% happy with your selection, we offer a simple peace-of-mind return policy for all Sale Gowns over the value of AU$500.00. You are welcome to send the gown back to our Melbourne, Australia boutique (at your expense) for a full refund minus an AU$300.00 service and processing fee which will be retained from your gown purchase. Providing the gown is returned in the original condition it was listed in and returned within 5 days of receiving the garment (within Australia) or 14 days for international brides.
